Selection and Preparation

One-Year Stay in Germany: Fellows undergo intensive German language training and participate in management courses to enhance their professional skills. They spend eight months working with partner companies, gaining practical experience and insights into German business practices. Additionally, fellows engage in study tours, seminars, and networking events to broaden their perspectives and build valuable connections.
Alumni Phase: Following their one-year stay in Germany, fellows return to their home countries as ambassadors, equipped with enhanced skills and knowledge. They participate in alumni projects, refresher courses, and networking activities to continue their professional development and contribute to sustainable development in their respective countries.
