The FNB Graduate Team is looking for innovative and nontraditional thinkers, self-starting contributors who can do the job efficiently, exceed customer expectations, and live up to the standard of the organization. If this sounds like you, and you are in the final year of your university program, particularly in the BSc and Commerce faculties, and with a focus on Quantitative Sciences, Engineering and Physical Sciences, and Information and Computing Sciences, apply to the FNB Graduate Program by submitting your CV and latest academic transcript.
Another good news is that all roles in the graduate program are permanent positions. Graduates are given specific business units to join in a full-time role and participate in monthly training sessions and an action learning project.
Requirements
To participate in this program, you must:
- Have strong academic results (N.B academic transcript required as part of the application)
- Be currently completing the final year of relevant university programs, particularly in the BSc and Commerce faculties, with a focus on the following programs: Actuarial Science, Maths, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Chemistry, Data Science, UX ( usability and customer experience), or related fields.
- Analytical and numeric mindset with strong problem-solving skills essential
