This role is ideal for a young, passionate, and intelligent individual with experience in logistics management, specifically in monitoring and improving the efficiency of executive and standard drivers.
Responsibilities:
Logistics Support:
- Ensure timely inbound and outbound deliveries to clients.
- Track and report key metrics to improve effectiveness and reduce costs.
- Negotiate rates with vendors.
- Suggest improvements to inventory and logistics systems.
- Communicate effectively with clients, responding to their requirements.
- Provide necessary documents and certificates for delivery.
- Monitor and manage drivers.
- Establish partnerships with logistics firms.
Admin Support (Vendor Registration):
- Manage and provide required documents and certificates for vendor registration.
Public Sector Sales:
- Identify potential business deals and build relationships with clients.
- Oversee sales assessments and reporting (weekly, monthly, quarterly).
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets.

Who Can Apply:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Experience: Up to 2 years of relevant experience in a logistics company. Experience with vehicle leasing is a plus.
- Skills:
- Understanding of procurement and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Typing speed of 60 words per minute.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and presentation skills.
