Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection & Management:
- Configure and manage data collection tools, potentially including JotForms or similar platforms, to gather required information.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data through meticulous validation and verification processes.
- Maintain vigilance by regularly monitoring form submissions for errors or inconsistencies.
- Analysis & Reporting:
- Extract and organize data from various sources into structured datasets for analysis.
- Utilize tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or Business Intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze data trends and patterns.
- Generate comprehensive and actionable reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and providing clear recommendations.
- Form Design & Optimization:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design user-friendly, effective forms tailored to specific project needs.
- Continuously optimize forms for usability, aiming for high response rates and exceptional data quality.
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain a secure and well-organized database of collected data and generated reports.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and align deliverables seamlessly.
- Develop documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for survey-related workflows and data processes.
- Quality Assurance:
- Conduct regular audits of forms, data, and reports to guarantee adherence to organizational standards and data privacy regulations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to form submissions or data exports efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a closely related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in data collection and analysis (experience with JotForms or similar platforms is a plus).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytical software (e.g., Excel, R, Python).

Technical Skills:
