Overview of Responsibilities:

- Undertaking the pivotal role of recruiting, goal setting, coaching, and meticulously monitoring the performance of the sales team.

Requirements and Proficiencies:
- Possession of a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration or a closely related field.
- A sterling track record of success as evidenced by previous roles as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently surpassing predetermined targets.
- Demonstrated prowess in navigating the entire sales lifecycle, from strategic planning through to seamless deal closure.
