Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve financial targets and boost customer satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and understand customer needs.
- Lead business meetings with potential clients to promote the company’s insurance products and services.
- Address client objectives and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Prepare and manage sales contracts, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and revenue activities.
- Provide after-sales support and reliable feedback to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Mentor entry-level staff to develop them into proficient sales professionals.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in insurance, microfinance banking, fintech banking, or cooperative societies.
