Job Description:
As an Accountant at Hamik Engineering Limited, you will be responsible for managing all accounting transactions, tax payments, and compliance with financial policies and regulations. Your duties will include documenting financial transactions, monitoring and reporting on accounting discrepancies, preparing financial statements, creating financial forecasts, performing audits, computing taxes, managing budgets, reconciling bank statements, analyzing business plans, creating reports, conducting regular audits, ensuring compliance with GAAP principles, and maintaining accurate financial records. Additionally, you will manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, organize internal audits, reconcile accounts, analyze financial trends, and apply accounting principles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- Candidates must reside in Eleme and its environs.
