Despite the country’s present economic downturn, Yul Edochie, a Nigerian actor turned pastor, has reassured his countrymen that everything will be OK.
On February 16, 2024, Edochie posted an encouraging message to his fans and followers on Instagram, saying that things will become better in Nigeria. He also asked them to help people in need in the post.

He stated, “Yes, everywhere get as e be for Naija now, but all will be well. Things will get better. We pin it here. In the meantime, anything you can do to support others, please don’t hesitate to do it. Life is short. None of us will be here forever. Spread LOVE. YUL EDOCHIE.”

Edochie urged his fans to spread love and joy earlier this week. He wrote: “Help someone today, be the reason someone smiles today, spread love.”

This comes after Edochie briefly changed careers and entered the ministry. He invited his followers to the online services when he first announced the opening of the True Salvation Ministry in January 2024.

But after receiving criticism for his declaration, Edochie declared that his father Pete Edochie was in favor of his new path.

His tweet stated “So yesterday, my father called me and congratulated me for successfully holding my first live program as a minister of God. He said he watched it and he loved it. He then gave me some bible verses to read and talk about in my program. What more can I ask for from a father? Thank you for the support, Dad. Chief Pete Edochie.”

Yul Edochie also assured his concerned fans, assuring them that he would return to Nollywood after fulfilling his destiny as a minister.
