Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has been arraigned before a Magistrate Court in Abeokuta, Ogun State, for allegedly assaulting government officials.
Portable turned himself in to the police in Lagos after being declared wanted.
He was arraigned on five charges, including conspiracy, assault, and possession of dangerous weapons.
After pleading not guilty to the charges, his counsel requested bail, which was granted at N2 million with one surety in the like sum.
The case has been adjourned to March 5, 2025, for trial.
