Speaking in the latest episode of the London 90 podcast, Singer Bella Shmurda has emphasized on the contributions of ace rapper and YBNL Nation boss, Olamide to his musical career.
He reiterated the fact that the contributions are what he isn’t taking for granted and will eternally be grateful for.
Bella Shmurda gained prominence after he featured Olamide on the remix of his song ‘Vision 2020’ which became a hit.
He has since then been making hit songs consecutively without reserve.
He said in the interview, that he would credit Olamide more in his music career than he would give his mother. He stated that Olamide’s contribution far outweighs that of his mum and he would be willing to say this anywhere even to his children.
Bella said: “If my children ask me who helped me, I’ll mention Olamide first before I mention my mother.
Accordingly, he said “Olamide is the only top artiste that is successful internationally and still supporting African music awards.“
“Others won’t want to come for Headies Award but they can spend millions to go to the Grammys.”
