Laide Bakare, a prominent figure in Nollywood, in a recent video, vocalized her concerns about the prevailing hardships gripping the nation. Directing her remarks towards President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, she highlighted the pressing issues confronting the nation at this point in time.
Laide Bakare In the video shared via her verified Instagram page today, February 19th 2024, asserted that Nigeria has not been this bad while urging the president to look further into the situation of things with immediate alacrity and find a solution to it.Speaking further in the video, Laide Bakare said that kidnapping is on a continues rise in the country as people are not guaranteed of their lives in their own country.
The actress further tackles Tinubu for removing the subsidy as she stresses that the action by Tinubu on his first day of resumption as the president of Nigeria made things worse and terrible.Speaking further, Laide Bakare uttered that there is an aggressive hike in the price of petrol almost every time making things worse for the people.
Bakare who is confused to the hardship of the country asked Nigerians if the country can ever be good due to the nature of the leaders we have. She said;
