Nigerian actress Ini Edo has revealed that she is engaged and gearing up for a fairytale wedding.
The announcement came via her Instagram handle, @iniedo, on Sunday.
She shared the journey leading to her engagement, stating, “That bright Sunday morning six months ago, while on vacation, we crossed paths, and our lives never remained the same. Exactly three months later, you asked me to be with you forever.”
Edo expressed her joy, reflecting on how love had transformed her life, saying, “They say, ‘your flaws are perfect for the heart that is meant to love you.’ I now believe this wholeheartedly.” She hinted that her wedding preparations were well underway, writing, “1 of 3 done. My fairytale wedding is almost here.”
In her message to others, she encouraged those still searching for love not to give up, affirming that love will find them when the time is right.
She ended her post with hashtags like #Loveisinfinite24, #SaveTheDate 20.10.24, and #MyFairytaleWedding.
Ini Edo was previously married to businessman Philip Ehiagwina, with the marriage lasting from 2008 to 2014.
Last December, in an interview with Toke Makinwa, she emphasized her desire for a partner who treats her with respect and kindness, saying, “I am single because I just want somebody that will really love me.”
