Popular lifestyle influencer Bobrisky has sparked fresh controversy, attributing the award he received at Eniola Ajao’s movie premiere to the root of his recent problems.
The socialite, who was named Best Dressed Female at the event and awarded ₦1 million, claims that this recognition marked the start of a downward spiral in his life.
Following the award, Bobrisky was arrested by the EFCC for allegedly abusing the naira note, which led to broader allegations.
Additionally, a leaked audio recording surfaced, accusing him of bribing officials to avoid charges of money laundering and securing a luxury apartment instead of facing a prison sentence—allegations he has strongly denied.
In a recent Instagram post, Bobrisky, who is currently out of Nigeria, reflected on his ordeal, stating that everything began to go wrong after he received the Best Dressed Female award.
“My problem started from when I collected best dressed female with ₦1 million prize. For my life, if I see award for best dressed female I go disappear from that location asap. Everyone knows the truth that I’m a baddie with class, you wanna compete with me? Ur mummy never!!!! But when problem wan too much make I run,” he noted.
