Sèyí Mákindé, Governor of Oyo State has okayed the addition of 7,000 teachers to the workforce of the state.
The State Government, in a post via its X handle said the process will be handled by the Teaching Service Commission (TESCOM).
It stated that more details about the recruitment process, including how to apply, will be publicised by TESCOM in no distant time.
The post further explained that this is the second recruitment by TESCOM after about 5,000 teachers were employed in 2021 to meet the manpower shortage in the secondary education sector in Oyo State.
