Wale Edun, Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of the Economy has assured Nigerians of significant economic turnaround under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership.
Edun said this in an interview with ARISE NEWS on Wednesday at the Democracy Day celebration at the Eagle’s square in Abuja.
“The message to Nigerians is that here is hope for better days to come and in a very near future. We are on the right track and have turned the economy around, and now the benefits are about to be felt by Nigerians,” Edun stated.
“There is tremendous focus on food production. That is the key area to focus on now because the economy has been put on track. People must feel it and must feel it soon,” Edun said, underscoring the urgency and importance of tangible improvements in citizens’ daily lives”
He reiterated President Tinubu’s commitment to ensuring the economic improvement translates to real gains for the citizens.
He further described the President as “a man of the people and from the grassroots.”
