It will be subjected to appropriate withholding tax and approval will be paid to shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at the close of business on July 31, 2024.
According to data from the Nigerian Exchange, “United Capital (Ticker: UCAP) gained 9.92% to lead the gainer’s chart, a development stockbrokers tagged as a reaction to the company’s earnings release and proposed dividend.”
“Shareholders with dividend warrants and share certificates that have remained unclaimed or are yet to be presented for payment or returned for validation are advised to complete the e-dividend registration or contact the Registrar. “
