This initiative, known as the Free Transfers Drive, was launched on April 1, 2025, and is available exclusively through the bank’s OneBank mobile application.

- Eligibility: The campaign is open to individual customers with savings or current accounts who perform transactions via the OneBank app. Transfers initiated through USSD or other channels are not included.
- Benefits: Customers can enjoy zero transaction charges on fund transfers to both Sterling Bank accounts and other Nigerian commercial banks. However, taxes, levies, and third-party charges may still apply.
- Fair Usage Policy: Each customer is entitled to up to 300 free transfers per month, ensuring the initiative is not misused.
