A large crowd of disgruntled subscribers has gathered at MTN offices nationwide to express their frustration and disappointment over the telecom company’s blocking of phone numbers.
The blockage reportedly stems from the NIN-SIM linkage requirement, which left many subscribers unable to access their phone services.
MTN, however, has provided an alternative for subscribers to unblock their SIMs without visiting their outlets. This option was shared in a post on the company’s official X handle.
