Members of the Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) stormed a branch of Polaris Bank in Lagos on Monday, and sent away customers of the financial institution.
The unionists who were on a mission of enforcing the strike declared by the Organized Labour invaded the bank to chase out workers and customers.
In a similar development, the Labour had taken over the Lagos State Secretariat at Alausa to enforce the strike over minimum wage and the high cost of living.
Workers were prevented from accessing the Alausa Secretariat as early as 7:00 am in the morning.
