In recent developments, fueling stations across Nigeria have marginally reduced the prices of petrol.
This price reduction comes after the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) reached an agreement with the Dangote Refinery to lift petrol directly.
The new arrangement has led to a decrease in petrol prices by N10 to N50 per litre at various filling stations.
The spokesperson for IPMAN, Chinedu Ukadike, confirmed that the direct supply deal with Dangote Refinery will ensure a steady supply of 60 million litres of petrol weekly.
This move should further stabilize fuel prices and potentially lower them in the coming days.
