Nigeria billionaire investor Femi Otedola recently acquired a significant share in Dangote cement, pointing out that the company’s potential is enhanced by his purchase of Dangote Cement shares. Dangote Cement stock price has risen this year by 85.2%.

Dangote Cement has 17,040,507,405 shares outstanding, each valued value at N592.60 as at close of trading on Monday.
The shares price of Dangote cement increased by 9.99% from N538.80 to N592.60, followed by Cutix which increased by 8.89% from N2.70 to N2.94 and Eterna also rose with 9.80% from N22.95 to N25.20.
Investors exchanged 721,813,844 shares worth N14.407billion from 15,757 deals.
The Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX) All-Share Index (ASI) Increased from 94,538.12 points to 95,768.12 and Market Capitalization increased from N51.735 trillion to N52.408 trillion.
The stock market increased by 1.30 percent, pushing this year’s return to new high of 28.08percent.
