Sanwo-Olu offficially launch e-land registration portals, e-GIS

As part of efforts to improve the ease of doing business in the state, Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu has officially launched the electronic registration of lands in the state on Friday with the launch of a land administration portal, e-GIS.

The portal makes it possible for residents to register their lands from the comfort of their homes, pay all required fees online, obtain their title document, and apply for a Certificate of Occupancy, or C of O, among other registration purposes. It also eliminates all forms of manual registration and reduces the need for applicants to physically appear at Lands Bureau offices.
