Cubana Chief Priest pleads not guilty, granted bail of N10m

Justice Kehinde Ogundare of the Federal High Court in Lagos, on Wednesday, granted bail to businessman and socialite, Pascal Okechukwu, also known as Cubana Chief Priest, who was arraigned by the EFCC on allegation of abusing the Naira.

He was admitted on bail after he pleaded not guilty to a three-count charge of allegedly spraying and tampering with the Naira notes at a social event contrary to the provisions of the Central Bank Act of 2007, brought against him by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

He was also ordered to produce two sureties in the like sum.
