The meeting between the Federal Government and the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), which was originally scheduled for Monday, has been postponed.
ASUU President, Emmanuel Osodeke, confirmed the delay during a statement reported by Channels Television on Monday.
While no specific reason was provided for the postponement, the meeting has been rescheduled for Wednesday, August 28.
The discussions are expected to address several unresolved issues that ASUU has raised, including revitalization funds for universities, unpaid allowances, and withheld salaries.
