The governance structure of OpenAI has changed as its venture capital fund that backs AI startups removed its Executive, Sam Altman who no longer owns or controls the fund, according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Ukraine struck one of Russia’s biggest refineries with a drone 1,300 km (800 miles) from the front lines in Ukraine Tuesday and said it had inflicted significant damage on a military target. Ukrainian drones attacked targets in Tatarstan, a highly industrialised region south-east of Moscow, in the early hours and some people were injured, Tatarstan’s head Rustam Minnikhanov said. Ukraine launched a devastating missile strike against Russian military targets in the Crimean port of Sevastopol late on Saturday, further debilitating Russia’s Black Sea Fleet. Five people have been confirmed dead in an accident that took place on the A9 motorway Wednesday morning. There were “numerous injured and at least five dead,” says Police spokesman Olaf Hoppe at the scene where rescue helicopters and ambulances were also on ground. Private sector generates $236bn in illegal profits annually, a new study by the International Labour Organisation has revealed. According to the report titled “Profits and Poverty: The Economics of Forced Labour”, there has been a 37 per cent rise in illegal profits from forced labour since 2014.
