Dangote Refinery has urged the Abuja branch of the Federal High Court to annul the import licences granted to the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, (NNPCL) Matrix Petroleum Services Limited, and A. A. Rano. A Federal Government investigative panel has confirmed that Nigerian crossdresser Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, served his six-month jail sentence at the Kirikiri Medium Security Custodial Centre in Lagos for violating laws related to the abuse of Naira notes. The panel, chaired by Dr. Magdalene Ajani, found no evidence to support allegations that Bobrisky bribed Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) officials to serve his sentence outside prison confinement.
