This was due to an ex-parte motion filed by the EFCC demanding information about Nigerians trading on the platform. The Nigerian Communications Commission has announced in a statement that voice, and data services affected by undersea cable cuts have been reinstated. Reuben Muoka, NCC Director of Public Affairs disclosed that services have now been restored to around 90 per cent of their peak capacities. On Monday, a Rivers State High Court convicted and sentenced five people to death by hanging for the murder of Umezuruike Alex Umezuruike Alex was the commander of a local vigilante codenamed OSPAC which is the shortened form of Onelga Security Peace and Advisory Committee in Omudioga community in Emohua Local Government Area of the state. There was pandemonium on Sunday in Borno as a suicide bomber injured two persons in Biu Local Government Area of the state. For the umpteenth time in two weeks, Kajuru-Station community in Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State experienced one of the worst start to a week as terrorists launched an attack and took away residents numbering 87 on Sunday.
