Halilu Kundila, a member of the Kano State House of Assembly, has been pronounced dead. Kundila, a member of the All Progressives Congress representing the Shanono/Bagwai State Constituency, died on Saturday at the age of 59 after a brief illness, according to a family member. Sequel to the recent increase in electricity tariff for Band A customers, the Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission has directed power distribution companies across each zones to refund all Band B customers that were charged erroneously by April 11.
