Nigerian Artiste, Michael Adebayo Olayinka, aka Ruger, has claimed that Nigeria currently boast of less than five talented musicians. The Cross River State Police Command says it is currently detaining a corporal, Buba Adamu, who refused to report to duty after being transferred in 2015.
