The President of Nigeria Consumer Protection Network, Kunle Olubiyo disclosed in a statement on Monday night. Dangote Refinery has urged the Abuja branch of the Federal High Court to annul the import licences granted to the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited, (NNPCL) Matrix Petroleum Services Limited, and A. A. Rano.
