Job Description
As the Customer Care Manager, you will oversee all operational security matters and ensure company-wide excellence in security execution and strategy. Serving as the company’s liaison to external security stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the organization’s mission-critical security functions. Your responsibilities will include developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive security program to mitigate physical risks and safeguard people, property, and assets in line with company policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of physical security for the organization’s buildings and grounds, collaborating with senior management, and executing tasks assigned by the Senior Director of Corporate Security Operations.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Administration, Criminal Justice, or related disciplines, with at least 5 years of law enforcement and/or corporate security experience, or 10+ years of law enforcement and/or corporate security experience.
- 10+ years of experience in guard force management.
- Ability to conduct risk/threat assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Demonstrated executive management leadership experience.
- Experience managing a medium to large workforce.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Project management and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of access control systems and security network video recorder applications.
- Familiarity with laws about physical security officers and required training.
- Knowledge of intelligence and investigation principles.
- Budgeting and business planning skills.
- Military background will be an added advantage.
