The NNPC/OANDO Graduate Acceleration Program (OGAP) for Nigerians is now open for applications.
This program is a joint venture between Oando PLC and NNPC E&P Limited (NEPL) and aims to recruit and train the next generation of energy leaders in Nigeria.
Key Details:
- Program Overview: The OGAP is designed to be a launchpad for young, innovative, and passionate graduates ready to transform the oil and gas industry. The program offers an 18-month structured experiential learning experience, combining hands-on training with leadership development through real-world projects and mentorship.
- Eligibility Criteria:
- A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) in Engineering, Geosciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related courses.
- Applicants must not be older than 26 years as of January 1, 2025.
- Completion of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program by April 2025.
- No more than two (2) years of work experience.
- A minimum of five (5) B’s and two (2) C’s in SSCE, NECO, or GCE O-Level in a single sitting, including Mathematics and English Language.
