Position: HR / Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
- Supervise departmental daily operations.
- Oversee generator set fueling and servicing across all sites.
- Ensure preparation and submission of well-organized servicing and fueling proposals to the Audit department.
- Review daily operational activities.
- Monitor engineer-issued collated forms and ensure timely signatures and follow-ups for monthly clearance.
- Coordinate timely and accurate presentation of clearance forms from the operations unit.
- Negotiate effectively with vendors for cost efficiency.
- Handle paperwork for new employee profiles and payroll inclusion.
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and manage changes in employee status promptly.
- Manage onboarding, employee relations, payroll, performance management, and learning and growth initiatives.
- Assist in monitoring employee performance appraisal processes.
- Supervise staff punctuality, dress code compliance, and ID card display.
- Administer health insurance and pension schemes.
- Oversee the store unit’s inventory, particularly servicing materials and vehicle parts.
- Prepare source documentation for new hires or changes in pay, status, and benefits.
- Manage personnel, employee relations records, and organizational charts.
- Handle sensitive and confidential matters such as personnel relations and organizational changes.
- Interpret HR procedures and policies for employees and managers.
- Stay updated on HR-related organizational matters.
Qualifications and Job-Specific Competencies:
- Minimum of First Degree / HND, CIPM in Social Sciences / Humanities
- 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Fluent in English language speaking and writing proficiency
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience of at least eight years in a reputable organization is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective people management skills and ability to work well in a team
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Good planning and stress management skills
- HR experience and CIPM membership required.

Qualifications and Job Competencies:
