Key Responsibilities
- Complaints Management: Resolve customer complaints quickly, track recurring issues, and implement solutions to ensure client satisfaction.
- Investigation & Reconciliation: Investigate discrepancies, reconcile accounts, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Process Guidance: Provide expert guidance on customer service processes and drive process improvements.
- Sales Audit: Conduct sales audits to ensure compliance with operational policies and address discrepancies.
- Call Center Leadership: Lead the call center team, monitor performance metrics, and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Arts (Master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in customer service management, with 2+ years in a supervisory role in the oil and gas industry.
- Deep understanding of refinery operations and customer service processes.
- Proven expertise in managing complaints, conducting investigations, and performing sales audits.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software, call center technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite.
